Lab Administative Director

A diverse, integrated system providing comprehensive health care services, Mercy Health System, a part of Trinity Health, comprises three acute care hospitals, a home healthcare organization, several wellness centers, physician practices, a federal PACE program, and co-owner of managed care plan, Gateway Health Plan. I am a Medical Technologist by profession. I spent 25 years working in the general lab. In 1993 I became the Chemistry Supervisor of Mercy Fitzgerald Lab, by 1995 I moved to the site supervisor role for the consolidate Lab services of Mercy Health System. With some restructuring of the system laboratories, each hospital acquired an individual manager and I return to be full time Laboratory Manager of the Core Lab at Mercy Fitzgerald. In 2010 I moved to the Director position for Mercy Fitzgerald Laboratory.
