I have been responsible for employees in multiple locations and upwards of 16 different departments / production lines. As a Production Supervisor; what I care about most is the Safety of my team. Nothing we do is as important as making sure our team is Safe. As a Production Supervisor I have completed Green Belt Projects, and implemented 5s audits and accountability matrixes in areas I supervise.
