In fact, the majority of our clients have international operations, and we've worked with a variety of companies to implement global insurance programs covering exposures throughout the world. Our experienced team offers the knowledge, flexibility and contacts to meet your international coverage needs. While many of our clients with overseas operations are headquartered in North America, we also serve foreign-based clients with U.S. operations. Our service plans for international clients are based on our proven ability to structure and maintain programs and services that address international risk management needs. For U.S. clients, when desired, we provide master-controlled programs from home, offering both local coverage as well as "Difference in Conditions/Difference in Limits" coverage for all international operations. This offers our clients more control over both the pricing and the coverage provided. For our internationally-based clients, we are also able to design, implement and service master-controlled programs using our worldwide relationships with underwriters and brokers. When clients in foreign countries are required to buy local insurance or arrange fronting due to legal and/or contractual arrangements, it is imperative to select the best local intermediary. We align ourselves with the most qualified and capable local brokerage firms to complement our efforts in any foreign venue. In fact, we maintain personal relationships with at least two to three firms in each country where our clients operate, and have an excellent list of local brokers available in any country where you are operating.

Since beginning my career in 1978, I have had the pleasure of working with smart professionals in many industries and my success has tended towards those who seek all-in engagement and commitment from their advisors. Those clients have ranged from a complex $17B Healthcare entity to a single store restaurant operator needing to build their risk & insurance program from scratch. The strongest bonds have been forged when my client is most challenged and we produce outstanding results.Although known for my work with Restaurants, I have broad experience with Private Equity and the Healthcare, Law Firm, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications industries. I have strong technical knowledge of insurance coverage including Property, Casualty, D&O/E&O, EPL, Cyber and Group Health/ Life. As my clients have ranged in size, I'm equally comfortable with programs ranging from fully-insured to fronted only.My approach to Client Advocacy is simple: Do what your client would do if they had your training, experience and knowledge. Give them impactful information to make informed decisions. Develop and follow a thorough service calendar that ensures sound risk management strategies remain current, appropriate and provide ample time for decision making. My role also entails ensuring that each team member is responsive, crisp in their communications and consistently delivers our best work.I am active in networking with professionals who work with clients similar to mine. I am delighted to recommend those that I know and trust to my clients. I host periodic receptions to allow restaurant operators and their c-suite to network with restaurant-focused attorneys, bankers, CPA’s, recruiters and other advisors. I love spending time with my family and greatly enjoy, golf, fly-fishing and sporting clays. My wife and I also manage the scenic Pleasant Pheasant Retreat in Paradise Valley, Montana..
