James has for the last decade been a market leader in database marketing and VIP launches of medium to large residential projects, achieving sales records and record prices across the Sydney marketplace. He was responsible for the sale of over 120 small and large scale projects for over $6 billion in sales during his time with Mirvac as Director of Marketing & Sales (NSW) & Associate Director CBRE Projects. Some notable projects included the harbour front city precinct Walsh Bay, Renzo Piano's Macquarie Apartments, Pacific Place at Chatswood, Newington (which formed part of the Athletes' Village at the 2000 Olympics), Rhodes Waterside, Latitude in Milsons Point and numerous other house and land estates in western Sydney. After leaving Mirvac, James joined CB Richard Ellis Residential Projects as Associate Director, listing and managing new project sales and releases. ts. Now an Associate Director at McGrath Projects James has worked on the marketing and sell down of multiple residential and mixed use completed and off the plan projects throughout the Sydney region using a mix of multiple layer marketing and sales including traditional site sales, electronic and data base initiatives, channel sellling locally and overseas, affiliate sales networks to name a few. Few people have such a wide exposure to the real estate and development industry, and James' success is based on an intense knowledge of the industry, a thorough understanding of all aspects of the development and sales process and the desire to maximise opportunities for his clients assisting in every way possible to take a project through to a successful outcome.
