Senior-level real estate executive and legal professional with 20 years of experience across private and public sectors (i) handling the life cycle of real estate development and investment matters, focusing on evaluating, managing, and executing planning, zoning, environmental review and permitting/entitlements on large scale projects, as well as managing regional and national capital markets relationships, conducting due diligence, and contractual/strategic negotiations and the closing of acquisition/disposition transactions; (ii) leading and managing operations, project management oversight, administration, complex legal matters, and sourcing and executing strategic transactions; and, (iii) leveraging strong navigation and communication skills at the intersection of public and private interests (government affairs strategy, community and economic development).
