Mr. Caldwell is currently a Professional Land Surveyor for the US Army Corp of Engineers - Lakes and River Huntington District. Having worked on and completed a wide variety of projects including cadastral boundary surveys, boundary records research, construction layout, structure monitoring, conventional horizontal and vertical control networks, geodetic control surveys, topographic surveys, hydrographic surveys, photogrammetric control surveys, terrestrial lidar/laser scanning, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Pilot. Mr. Caldwell has experience in the use of modern equipment including robotic total stations, global navigation satellite system (GNSS), automatic levels, digital levels and survey grade hydrographic equipment, terrestrial laser scanners and unmanned aerial vehicles for surveying. Mr. Caldwell is also well versed in the use of many forms of electronic data collection, data processing, and bringing it into multiple drawing CADD platforms for drawing development. Mr. Caldwell is trained and proficient in the use of AutoDesk Civil3D, Carlson Survey, Trimble Business Center, Trimble Realworks and Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Mr. Caldwell is also familiar with older surveying equipment, their history of usage, and how they apply when performing modern retracements.
