The Bank also owns Vision Investment Services, Inc. in Rosemont, Illinois, a NASD and SIPC member. Vision provides investment and wealth management services to individuals and businesses and specializes in working with financial institutions.

I am a collaborative Human Resources leader with extensive experience in employment law, employee relations, performance management, benefits/total rewards, engagement and talent management. I have served as a strategic partner for employee onboarding in numerous mergers and acquisitions. Throughout my career I have cultivated a passion for developing talent and assisting managers and employees enhance their careers. I enjoy assessing and aligning corporate and individual development goals in an effort to maximize employee engagement and corporate success. I enjoy being active and outdoors with my husband and 2 children. When I’m not cheering for my children at their various activities, I enjoy cheering for all things Notre Dame. In my free time, I love riding my Peloton bike, running and swimming.
