In her role of Director of Human Resources, Ms. Colantuoni continues to successfully guide the transition of the firm through significant growth across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Ms. Colantuoni has founded two successful programs for Maser Consulting employees. Her development of both a mentoring and coaching program facilitates continuing education and helps employees reach their greatest potential. As a Company Safety Advocate, Ms. Colantuoni was also instrumental in the development and implementation of the Corporate Health and Safety Program. Ms. Colantuoni and her staff are responsible for all HR functions companywide, including training and development, recruiting and retention, onboarding, compensation and benefits. As the Director of Human Resources, she constantly strives to improve the corporate culture and to ensure that Maser Consulting employees have the opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally while enjoying their work experience. Placing on the NJ Biz Best Places to Work in New Jersey list for seven consecutive years, and the Zweig Group Best Firms to Work For, for two consecutive years, is evidence of her dedication to creating and maintaining a positive workplace. Ms. Colantuoni earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Rowan University; her PHR certification from Human Resources Certification Institute and her SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management; and she is a Certified Professional Coach.
