Bio

Provides leadership, positive role modeling and critical thinking skills to facilitate staff development. Serves as a liaison between all disciplines by effectively communicating, educating and problem solving. Organizes and prioritize large volumes of information and calls. Billing and weekly payroll, working closely with RN's and CNA’s making sure they have all the right paperwork turned in and faxed out in a timely manner. Interview and recruit prospective employees, complete paperwork for reference checks, TB testing, CNA licenses, background verification, orientation and training. Effective written and interpersonal communications skills, work closely with job applicants, employees, and client ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed. Additionally, work well under pressure and work well independently or as a team. Work discreetly with highly confidential information such as salaries, employee and client records. Supervise over 36 employees, ensure that there is sufficient qualified staff assigned to the correct client to fit the clients need. Reviewing daily schedules and filling in for inadequate coverage is a part of the daily job Demonstrate a cheerful and positive work environment. Marketing communications, demand marketing and the inside and field sales organizations to develop integrated marketing programs and campaigns that support the clients needs as well as the customers. Grow new leads , brainstorm and developing ideas for creative marketing. Experienced and in-depth knowledge of personal computers, work with a wide variety of computer programs. Very experienced working in a fast paced environment while balancing several ongoing projects. Skilled in Human Resources, Management, Customer Service, Microsoft Word, work closely with insurance companies, State agencies. Strong marketing professional with a Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS focused in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Century College.
