Started my career as an automotive consultant in a Design for Manufacturing environment. After 6 years I moved to Europe where I served as a change agent for the automotive global manufacturing standards as well as ran the European Services organization for over 4 years. Moved back to the USA where I embarked on building a government and military services organization in the area of large-scale product manufacturing of military ships. I have a technical background as a Dimensional Engineering Leader and Program Management professional with 30 years of experience in development and launch of new products from concept through production implementation. During my career, I have led technical teams responsible for product development, design engineering, 3 Dimensional analysis, and Quality Manufacturing and Processing requirements. I have extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in support of program launches, activities involving leadership, and oversight of internal functional groups and suppliers, along with being the primary interface with our customer.
