I have international experience, having thrived within an American company with a centralized management structure, and a French company with a decentralized one. I have past experiences as a Human Resources Director with strong trade union relations, headquarters management, and management at subsidiary level, in diverse sectors such as hospitality, luxury, perfumes & cosmetics, wines & spirits, and fashion. I enjoy environments where best in class organisations compete for exceptional talents, and where success comes from people and organisations, as well as products. I have lead many transformations in complex organisations. My current role at LVMH includes Talent Management, Retail Talent Management, Employer Branding and Reputation, HRIS and digital transformation of the HR function.
