International Human Resources Director, with Expatriation experience, having worked for both an American Company with a centralized module, and a French Company with a decentralized module. I have experience as a Human Resources Director with strong Trade Union Relations, Headquarters Management and Management at Subsidiary level, in diverse sectors such as hospitality, luxury, cosmetics, Wines & Spirits, Fashion and Perfumes. Environments where best in class organizations are competing for the exceptional talents, and where success comes from people and organizations, as much as products. Currently in charge of the Talent Management for the Group LVMH, Employeur Branding and Reputation, HR SIRH and digital transformation of the HR function.Bilingual and Bicultural : French and EnglishIrish National
