Luxury Escapes is an entertainment company which located in South Melbourne, Victoria.

With a deep appreciation of the commercial imperative of HR to empower business outcomes, as a HR leader, I see it as my mission to create value. Illustrated over a succession of roles with dynamic, growing organisations, including my current role with LuxuryEscapes.com, Australia’s fastest growing luxury travel brand, I work hand in hand with the CEO and executive team to guide, facilitate and enable the achievement of strategic objectives. Having worked with some of the biggest organisations in retail, ecommerce, digital and media, I hold experience spanning the full HR remit with niche experience in talent value chain optimisation, developing data-driven talent acquisition, working with high profile personalities, management, development, engagement, and retention and reward strategies that support growth both locally, and globally. Most recently with LuxuryEscapes.com, I have established a best practice HR capability that has facilitated significant YOY growth, delivered Employee NPS scores 20+ points ahead of industry benchmarks, and been recognised as the Employer of Choice at the 2018 Australia Travel Awards. On a personal level, I believe in looking after the people who look after the business. Focusing on this ‘human’ element of my role as a member, and coach, within the executive team, I have also developed a core strength in leading sensitive and complex change, in addition to proven experience raising the bar in the development of health, wellbeing and engagement programs.
