After over 10 years in Investor Relations I've extended my responsibility to the disclosure of ESG topics with a consistent and fact-based approach, in respect of the Directive 2014/95/EU about non-financial information disclosure. In order to gain an in-depth knowledge of ESG integration into the investment process and to gain the necessary capabilities to deal with ESG investors I've taken the EFFAS ESG diploma, making it the first case in Italy of an IR professional becoming a certified EFFAS ESG analyst.
