I have a track record of delivering results on challenging assignments with companies including GM, Toyota, Pacific Steel Corporation and Veridiam. Industry experience includes automotive, steel, electronics, nuclear, injected molding and robotic medical devices with millions of dollars in proven cost reduction and the successful launch of high volume products manufactured globally. My diverse product mix has given me the ability and toolbox to improve the bottom line in all fields of manufacturing. My successful transformation is attributed to a thorough understanding of all stakeholders, KPI's, providing a detailed roadmap, including milestones and policy deployment. First class results are delivered through an efficient operational plant layout and process flow, innovative designs, and working together with all departments of an organization. In addition, my knowledge and experience is spread throughout an organization by providing expert training and hands on involvement on highly visible projects.
