Rachel Alansky is the founder and President of Seamless HR Solutions. Rachel brings over 15 years of experience helping small businesses and non-profits create and grow their human resource capital and development functions. She began her career leading the training and developing at the Corporate Executive Board. Rachel went on to improve and build HR departments at Covenant House Washington, Raffa, PC, and B’nai B’rith International. Seamless HR Solutions works with fast-growing companies, (typically under 40 staff members) non-profits and associations to help create an environment that focuses on the organizations most critical resource – their people. Seamless HR Solutions is dedicated to helping companies create policies; recruit and retain top talent; administer payroll and benefits; keep an organization compliant; train and develop staff; and most importantly serve as a sounding board for the executives who run organizations. Rachel graduated from Boston College with a Master’s in Educational Administration and undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College .
