As Manager, Customer Marketing at Classy I lead the Customer + Community team. We help tell the stories of our non-profit customers through in-person and online engagement. Engaging with people at any level is a natural talent of mine and I’m often told that I excel at helping others move beyond their own personal roadblocks and limitations to achieve greater confidence in the skill or knowledge they’re trying to master--a definite passion of mine. With a background in operational leadership, I’ve also managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and teams of full-time, volunteer, and contract staff as well as campaigns that span fundraising, marketing, and event management. In every role I’ve had, I’ve delivered notable, often culture-changing results that propelled the organization’s growth, sales, or revenue through project leadership, client engagement, and innovation. Meeting the organizational vision is critical to me so I perform continual reviews of the end goal, refining strategies as necessary to achieve the desired result. I also embrace and look beyond the complex to identify inventive, actionable solutions to the most challenging problems. I thrive in multi-paced settings requiring continuous interaction with diverse audiences, personal and professional growth, and dynamic relationship-building.
