I have over 10 years of experience in marketing, providing digital marketing strategies for both consumer products and entertainment brands. I am currently leading the social media team for Epson America, where I oversee social media marketing for both consumer and business products across paid social, YouTube, organic social, and community engagement. I manage a team of three employees, and over the past year I have built our team into a productive force within the company – revising our approach to paid media buying, implementing new workflows, and improving strategic thinking and internal communication. Prior to this, I was a Director of Digital Marketing at Lionsgate. I ran social media for both film and television properties and was responsible for paid media buying, organic social strategy, and social creative. This included developing marketing strategies and brand messaging, growing engagement and follower count, co-marketing with partners, managing influencer strategy, and executing campaigns across a variety of platforms. At Lionsgate, I maintained organic social reach double the industry average by testing and implementing tactics that outsmarted the Facebook algorithm. I also increased the effectiveness of ads by implementing pixels on company websites and optimizing creative for individual audience targets, as well as conducting analysis on competitive titles and staying abreast of industry trends. I believe in a data-centric approach of testing, learning, and optimizing. I have successfully lead, mentored, and managed a small team, developing multi-dimensional campaigns across multiple touchpoints – social media, paid media, public relations, and live events. I am proud to have been part of the marketing team for Academy-Award winning films La La Land, Hacksaw Ridge, and Manchester By The Sea, as well as hit TV series The Walking Dead, Mad Men, and Orange is the New Black.
