Senior Level Media Executive - Content Distribution, Partnerships, Marketing Driven $30 Million+ Licensing, Partnership and Marketing Revenues Cumulative results as executive for Lionsgate, Viacom, HSF, Telemundo, and Univision ABOUT ME Jasmine launched her career in the media and entertainment industry at Univision Communications where she rose to the ranks of Vice President of Content Distribution and Marketing, orchestrating the carriage strategies and agreements for all the Univision Networks, and garnering industry awards for branding and acquisition campaigns. After serving at Univision, she worked in strategic business development for several leading media companies, including Telemundo and BET Networks. Within these roles, she brought in Fortune 500 companies that included major movie studios and brands as partners and developed co-branded promotional campaigns. Internally, she collaborated with leadership teams to define overall strategy and develop multimedia campaigns. Leveraging her sales and media skills, Jasmine then pursued one of her passions, working to develop young leaders and connecting brands to the growing U.S. Hispanic segment, and within the process, bringing a business idea to life which brought her to the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). During her time there, she reinvigorated the fast, intense, and incredibly purpose-driven non-profit organization as the SVP of Strategic Initiatives, Partnerships and Marketing. In this role reporting to the CEO, she was in charge of creating successful growth strategies that would build HSF’s brand, successfully increasing awareness and revenue. She also continued to develop, cultivate and negotiate strategic partnerships with top media, entertainment, corporate, and community entities. During her time there she also served as PR/Media Spokesperson having handled hundreds of press interviews. Jasmine, followed that success with an executive role at Lionsgate, as the VP of Marketing/PR and Partnerships for PANTAYA, the first-ever streaming destination for premium movies in Spanish. There, she oversaw the prep and launch of this new OTT service which included building the project plan, aiding in defining the product road map, forging lucrative distribution and marketing partnerships, as well as developing and implementing campaigns in support of their acquisition and retention goals. Additionally, she served as media spokesperson handling press inquiries, press tours and events.
