Senior Hr Director with a broad experience in all the key areas of Hr, matured in 22 years of dynamic work in Multinational Companies of FMCG, Luxury, Retail and Industrial, 15 of them reporting to CEOs. MBA and Degree in law in Turin are my studies. Creation of the EVP of Lindt Italy, to attract and retain the best people and professionals in the market. Expert on Hiring the best Managers and manage litigation/crisis. Hr Digital Transformation for Database, Performance evaluation, Mbo Succession Planning, Data Dashboard Career planning and development, with strong focus on Strategic Training and Succession planning: Head of Industrial Relationship, at National Level for the Retail Division and for the Plants with a robust focus on increasing productivity and efficiency on all the HR KPI Balanced relationship with Trade Union in order to create real efficiency and value for the Company and the employees (signed last 11 years of second level and local agreements with Union, Unione Industriali di Varese and Torino, "Comitato sindacale alimentaristi" and Unionfood "Comitato sindacale representative”) Expert on improving company climate and improving the HR Soft KPI (turnover, satisfaction, committment, trust) Making things happening and leading people with the empowerment at their best are well recognized characteristics people said about me.
