As a senior IT executive, I have utilized my broad technology skillset and leadership abilities to oversee large-scale projects leveraging complex, cloud-based technologies. Below, you’ll find a selection of my career highlights: ◈ I defined and drove digital transformation initiatives resulting in multimillion-dollar cost savings and improved the customer experience by delivering on large mission critical AWS cloud hosted solutions for Lifetouch’s largest business lines. ◈ I collaborated with ValueLabs and Infosys leaders to optimize Lifetouch’s offshore strategic partnership delivering $3M in yearly labor cost savings. ◈ Also at Lifetouch, I was promoted to lead engineering operations delivering on mission-critical cloud-based initiatives while instilling a DevOps mindset and focus on QA automation to significantly decrease regression test cycle duration and accelerate automated deployments. ◈ I drove the implementation of Lifetouch’s two most prominent e-commerce properties supporting the Schools and Seniors business segments improving customer experience and increasing order average. ◈ Additionally, I chaired the first architecture practice for Lifetouch National Schools Studio engineering organization.
