Over twenty-five years of experience in finance, accounting, management, and FP&A. Strong core financial skills with progressive management experience and diverse background in human services, education, financial services, and software. Solid leadership competencies with particular expertise in profit and loss management, strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting, customer service skills with proven ability to motivate and coach employees. A reputation for effective communication, creative problem-solving and identifying opportunities for sustained growth. Specialties: Budgeting and forecasting, cash flow analysis, space planning, Hyperion Essbase, Lawson, MS Dynamics, MS Forecaster, Kronos, Oracle, expense management, work flow analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, SOX compliance. Volunteer as Treasurer and Board member at Jewish Family Workshop IV since 2014.
