Led capital improvements at Strive for infrastructure changes, boosting quality ratings and occupancy. ● Strengthened collaboration on strategic decisions affecting systems, M&A, and operations by building Office of the CEO to handle benchmarking, periodic and executive reporting, and community / corporate planning. ● Grew annual, year-over-year same-store NOI with mark-to-market rent, home sales price increases, and conversions to resident-owned homes. ● Drove profitable turnaround as President and CEO, including business and operational changes with enhanced IT applications and infrastructure, community improvements, and team-building.
