Liberty Oilfield Services is an innovative oilfield service company.

I am a service quality leader of a fracturing crew and am responsible for all activities that are preformed, good or bad. I believe that I can provide an improvement in the Safety, Service Excellence and Customer Satisfaction for the Halliburton Customers in North Dakota. I do this by insuring that supervisors and service operators are providing training and guidance to their employees that are engaged in worksite service. I make sure that all employees are trained in Halliburton Management System (HMS), Halliburton and various customer Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Standards and work methods / guidelines. I make sure HMS and HSE are being implemented consistently. I want to use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in well site operation and train supervisors how to identify these opportunities for themselves. I monitor on-site field performance assessments (End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS) / Key Performance Indicator review).I take responsibilty for promoting safety awareness in mobilization of crews as well as all aspects of location operations. Actively promotes and uses our tools related to safe working such as Job Safety Analysis, Behavior Based and Hazard Observation Programs. I oversee the development of personnel using the competency and certification systems in Hal-U to enhance job performance, enabling the potential for reducing the cost of poor quality. I believe the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) program can be better utilized to improve customer service and fill gaps in training. I have assisted with the implementation of new technology within Production Enhancement and I believed proper implementation in the future can continue to improve safety, customer service and market share in the Bakken.
