Legacy Health Services operates skilled nursing facilities across Northeast Ohio, providing a variety of short-term rehabilitation, assisted living and long-term care services. This approach allows us to achieve superior outcomes for our residents. As an example, in 2011 we returned over 55% of our admissions back to home, with an average length of stay of 40 days or less. We are focused on continuously improving our performance on behalf of our residents.
