With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Neil is the Senior Vice President, Retail of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate (BC) Ltd. (formerly DTZ Vancouver Real Estate Ltd.) He has helped direct the real estate strategy for the Retail/Investment Department in which he has created a stronger presence for Lee & Associates within the marketplace. Lee & Associates provides a strong commercial real estate organization with its solid international reputation for Neil to spearhead the expansion of service to our clients. His track record within the industry is indicative of the firm’s commitment to expert representation. Neil’s expertise provided on behalf of clients has encompassed all aspects of retail leasing, investment sales, development, merchandising, advisory mandates, tenant solicitation, documentation and consulting. He is responsible for overseeing the disposition of retail investment real estate, in addition to facilitating multiple retail leasing transactions.
