Having worked for premier Companies (DuPont, Whirlpool, Abbott, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Eaton and presently Lear) as well as the global management consulting firm McKinsey. Her robust industry experience includes Insurance (P&C, Medical, Re), Investment Banking, Chemicals, Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, Media and Corporate staff organizations. This variety of manufacturing and service sector exposure enables her to bring best practices and out-of-the-box thinking to the opportunities and/or challenges at hand. She is intimately familiar with all business functions having re-engineered and/or automated them ranging from small evolutionary improvements to dramatic overhauls. She has extensive European experience.This experience base spanning Corporate/Consulting, Industries and Functions enables her to engage business peers on what will genuinely move the needle of their business performance and enables her to ensure high-value IT-enabled strategies behind which her business peers can rally. She runs a high quality IT operation delivering year-over-year productivity improvements sufficient to hold nominal IT operations budgets flat.
