It specialises in building energy-efficient housing and continually invests in research and the development of innovative new sustainable building designs, materials and construction methods. I have spent 10 + years within the telecommunications industry, through large Enterprise, Small Business and SME, with my current position being with key global accounts. My background is in customer service, moving through small sales, mobile account management and account management for both fixed and mobile propositions. Direct management and growth of clients such as Enterprise Rent-a-car, Glencore, Boeing and NCR Ltd. Strong business acumen with awareness around commercials, management and learning and capability development. I've regularly hit and exceeded targets, with KPI's that include mobile volume growth, revenue growth, retention as well as penetration of fixed, data and cloud service. These include VoIP hosted telephony solutions, mobile device management and Microsoft Office 365. This has been done through management and development of strong relationships, coupled with a strategic, solution based approach to sales. A strong and confident sales person, I've developed and adopted a strong approach to customer relationships, one which has allowed me to transfer skills across varying markets and segments. A strong technical knowledge has allowed me to remain close to my customers during any transition, whilst giving me the ability manage customers expectations and challenges accordingly. I am driven and confident, unbiased and efficient. I am driven to deliver results for both my customers and the business. I have a strong belief in my methods whilst ensuring they are adaptable and suited to all customers and colleagues.
