Deborah leads the in house legal team at Allison Homes Limited, a housebuilder and developer. She reports to the board and works closely with the CEO and the MDs of the group companies. Allison Homes Limited is a privately owned construction and development company based in East Anglia, the South West of England and in Norfolk and Suffolk.It has several trading names including Allison Homes, Larkfleet Homes and The Croft. Amongst other things, Larkfleet successfully developed the large residential housing scheme at at Oakham Allison Homes Limited specialises in building high quality, energy-efficient housing. The company continually invests in developing new sustainable building designs, materials and construction methods. Deborah qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and became a partner in a leading agricultural and commercial practice. Prior to change to a legal career Deborah had a successful career in banking and management consultancy.
