André is a seasoned and well respected international luxury hotelier having in-depth experience spanning over three decades from his luxury hotel & resort assignments in London, Australia, USA & the Middle East across both urban and resort luxury properties. During his 14 year tenure with Starwood Hotels & Resorts André led the Sales & Marketing efforts for three successful & critical high profile hotel openings including The St. Regis Washington, D.C., The St. Regis Doha & Sheraton Melbourne Hotel. In January, 2015 André then joined Langham Hospitality Group as Director of Sales & Marketing for The Langham, Melbourne, the city’s leading luxury five star hotel. Leadership strengths include driving a high performance culture, global in-market experience in managing and exceeding financial targets, driving innovation and excellence across a number of projects, extensive experience in managing through challenging circumstances, managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders on all levels including ownership relations.
