Jeff is a forward-thinking, collaborative, results-driven leader with extensive experience in E-Commerce, Project and Program Management, Information Technology, and Customer Service Operations. Jeff is currently responsible for the ideation, organization, architecture, engineering, execution and delivery of innovative e-commerce and digital marketing information technology solutions on landsend.com supporting the U.S. Consumer Direct business at the Lands' End corporate headquarters in Dodgeville Wisconsin. Jeff's entire 30 year career has centered on the technology to innovate and enable multichannel sales and service for B2C and B2B within the insurance, financial services and retail industries. In this time, Jeff has held leadership roles in Information Technology, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, and Program/Project Management, providing him a unique 360 degree perspective of how business goals, technology solutions, and project execution all come together to contribute to the advancement of a company's strategy. Jeff has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin - Madison on topics such as insurance operations, business metrics, and emotional intelligence. He earned a BS in Computer Science and an MBA both from the UW Madison, and a PMP certification.
