Solana Cederboim is an experienced multicultural business professional skilled in human resources. She is passionate about creating HR departments, as well as re-thinking and re-inventing already established HR divisions. Solana currently works at Kiwi Partners, where she leads clients providing higher level HR consulting services. She leads HR initiatives, and HR staff, at multiple organizations. She guides management teams in developing diverse, fair, compliant, and efficient HR practices. She mentors, train and collaborate with HR consultants, as well as executive teams, employees, and supervisors at clients to build and maintain great work cultures.In 2016, while working at Kiwi Partners, she was promoted to HR Consulting Services Officer, who as a business strategist and with a forward-thinking approach, has been working on standardizing the HR services for all KiwiHR clients. Before joining Kiwi, Solana worked as an HR Generalist for a mid-sized company in Buenos Aires. She created an HR department from concept to full implementation. While attending graduate school, she worked as an intern Human Resources Manager for a multinational start-up company. There, she developed the human resources department, reporting directly to the Executive Director. She earned a Master of Science, Human Resource Management and Development at New York University, and a BS, Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires. Lastly, in 2017, Solana earned the SPHR designation.
