For the past 35 years, Marty has specialized in the marketing, sale and finance of residential and commercial properties throughout the U.S. and abroad, including luxury single family homes, multi-family developments, retail, office, hospitality, industrial properties and development sites. Marty first joined Kennedy Wilson in 1986, and has extensive experience assisting owners and developers with the design, implementation and management of sales and marketing campaigns for their properties and commercial loan originations. Marty manages all phases of the sales and marketing process from analysis, proposal, procurement, marketing, sales and transaction closing. He is also a seasoned auctioneer and a qualified real estate licensing instructor. Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Marty managed new home sales in the Los Angeles area for a leading real estate brokerage firm. Over his career, Marty has sold and financed more than $2 billion of residential, commercial and development sites. In addition to his real estate experience, Marty worked in the nuclear industry for Southern California Edison and as a Division LPO for the United States Navy Submarine Service.
