Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all International/Europe marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Directs efforts of the integrated marketing team and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with other departments of the organization as well as international licensees. Act as a digital champion in the company. Leads integration of brand strategy across all Interntional markets excluding US and Canada. Defines marketing performance targets for International division and Jockey Europe, leading integrated marketing team to achieve goals. Oversees the continuous improvement of all International and European marketing processes. Regularly leverages strategic capabilities of International licensees to identify and benchmark best practices for entire business. Ensures articulation of organization’s desired image and position by the international licensees, reviewing all marketing, communication and PR activities. Coordinates with licensees to leverage assets developed for Jockey Europe which is the primary driver of the International business. Develop and execute business plans for ecommerce market places and pure plays.
