Paul Anthony is Head of Global Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics at Johnson & Johnson. In this position, Paul is responsible for leading the strategy and operational excellence for worldwide compensation, benefits, health resources & workforce analytics ($16B in annual spending). Paul is a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Human Resource Executive Leadership Team and brings 25 years of diversified Human Resources experience. Paul joined Johnson and Johnson in 2013, as the lead business partner for the Supply Chain organization supporting over 55,000 employees globally. Paul played an integral role in advancing the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain operating model and partnering with the supply chain organization's leadership to champion our innovation, talent and culture agendas. Paul also was also responsible for successfully developing and leading the execution of the HR transformation for North America. Paul is an accomplished human resources and business leader with proven leadership skills, strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the healthcare and consumer product industries. He is recognized for delivering results and solutions, driving change in complex and dynamic environments, and developing high performing teams. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Paul worked at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), where he was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Commercial & Supply Chain and Chief Talent Officer. At BMS, he was responsible for restructuring the global organization to drive a more efficient and aligned matrix organization. He was also accountable for designing and leading the corporate talent strategy. Prior to joining BMS, Paul spent 10 years at PepsiCo, Inc., where he worked as a HR Business Partner supporting Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate functions. He started his career in Total Rewards and had roles in Talent Acquisition and Labor Relations.
