Brian Gillott has more than 20 years of investment experience and a history of success in outperforming the market. He is currently a Portfolio Manager at Jennison Associates, an institutional investment management firm with over $165B in assets under management. Brian has jointly led the top-performing diversified product for 18 years and has outperformed the S&P 500 with annualized excess return of more than 500 bps. He was named as one of the top 100 mutual fund managers in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 (last year of the award) by Barron’s Magazine. Prior to Jennison Associates, Brian served as an Equity Analyst at Soros Fund Management, focused on both Long and Short equity opportunities across the globe. During his early career, Brian was an Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Private Client Asset Management and before that, a Financial Analyst at Trinity Investment Management Corporation. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Economics with an emphasis in Finance from Penn State University, where he was part of the University Scholars Program and Economic Honors Program.
