As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for JDA Software, Brian Boylan is a direct report of the CEO and a member of the executive management team, responsible for driving the execution of the company’s strategy and growth objectives. JDA is an enterprise software company with $1 billion in revenue and 4,600 employees in over 70 countries worldwide. Brian has led the global human resources function at JDA since 2005 and has developed and executed initiatives and programs that drive the company’s human capital strategy from talent acquisition, career and leadership development, succession planning, rewards, M&A integration and culture. During this period of time, JDA has more than quadrupled in size through both organic growth and numerous acquisitions. Prior to JDA, Brian was a principal in Alliance HR Advisors, a human resources consulting firm. He also served as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Human Resources for Asarco Incorporated, where he spent 16 years in various executive and management roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to his time at Asarco, Brian served as Assistant General Counsel for the Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations in New York City. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Brooklyn Law School and received a B.B.A. from Pace University in New York.
