I was raised by two amazing parents in a family of seven children on a hay and cattle operation in Nevada. My father has been a successful small business owner my entire life, which has provided me with an opportunity to observe first hand what it takes to be successful in business. I am passionate about the agricultural industry! I have natural interpersonal skills, allowing me to thrive in a team oriented workplace. I also have natural leadership skills and have been given many leadership opportunities. I believe leadership put simply is: the art of building capacity in others to make them successful. I believe that the long-term success I will have in the Ag industry will be based on my commitment to integrity, hard work and excellence in everything I do.
