He has extensive domestic and international experience overseeing Human Resources for Starbucks Coffee Company, HomeGrocer.com and PepsiCo/YUM Brands along with additional experiences in technology and sports management. He served as Assistant General Counsel of Reebok International Ltd. from January 1997 to May 1999. He served as President of i2 Technologies from 2000 to 2002. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of i2 Technologies, Inc. Mr. Pace joined HomeGrocer.com Inc. as Vice President of People Capability in September 1999 and served as Senior Vice President of People Capability and Chief Human Resources Officer for HomeGrocer.com. from December 1999 to 2000. Prior to joining HomeGrocer.com, he was with Tricon Restaurants International (now YUM! Brands Inc.), served as Senior Vice President of its human resources from October 1997 to September 1999. Mr. Pace served as Vice President and General Counsel of Applied Extrusion Technologies Inc. from June 1994 to June 1995. He served as an associate at the law firm of Ropes & Gray. Prior to his position with Tricon from June 1981 to October 1997, he served at PepsiCo throughout the United States, Africa, Middle East and Europe, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for PepsiCo Restaurants International. Mr. Pace has served as President of Jonathan's Stage since 2008. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Up2US. He is an Adjunct Faculty Member in Southern Methodist University’s Cox Graduate School of Business. He serves as a Director of Jamba Juice Company. He has been a Director of Jamba, Inc. since August 15, 2012. Mr. Pace served as Director of University of Southern California, Center for Effective Organizations from 2004 to 2008.
