Dana Rapier is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to human resources and corporate support services in support of Jackson’s overall business plan and strategy. Dana is also an executive sponsor of Jackson’s diversity and inclusion council. With over 20 years at Jackson, Dana has served in numerous capacities in both human resources and operations. Prior to assuming her current role in November 2017, she was vice president of human resources consulting and strategy, responsible for planning, developing and communicating a wide range of HR programs and policies. During her tenure with the company, Dana also served as vice president of talent management and talent acquisition and associate vice president of organizational effectiveness. Before joining Jackson, she worked in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries in quality assurance and operational internal audit services. Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in science administration from Central Michigan University.
