I am a multi-skilled IT Project Manager with 10 years experience of developing and implementing IT solutions within a large and dynamic retail environment. I am also a trusted leader with over 8 years of team and line management experience. This includes internal and 3rd party resource based both on and off shore. I have proven Portfolio Management skills across both Application and Infrastructure development areas. This also includes management of both revenue and capital budgets. I have solid stakeholder management skills across multiple levels. I build strong supplier and vendor relationships, driving continuous improvement and strong team performance as a result. This includes IBM, O2, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro. I have a strong Retail operational knowledge of Supply Chain, Distribution, Home Delivery and Contact Centre applications and their importance to the customer facing channels (Stores and Web). I also have a good understanding of the Infrastructure technologies underpinning this too. I am Prince 2 Practitioner qualified and experienced in working within both Agile and Waterfall Software Delivery methodologies, adapting this to introduce a standard Project Delivery approach for Home Retail Group. I have a strong service management awareness with experience of critical business system and infrastructure support within an ITIL environment. I am also experienced in Business Continuity planning and Disaster Recovery.
