Broad functional experience across all areas of accounting and finance including 15+ years of experience as CFO, CAO, VP Finance, and Controller. Record of consistently improving growth, profitability, and cash flow while enhancing financial and management reporting; improving business processes and controls; implementing and enhancing information systems; and attracting, leading, and developing high-performing accounting and finance teams. Deep technical accounting and reporting experience including 10 years of “Big 4” public accounting experience. Advanced knowledge and experience with SEC rules and regulations including implementation and application of complex accounting standards, developing IPO readiness, and compliance with SOX 404. Advanced and current knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Extensive international accounting experience with significant in-country finance experience in Latin America. Substantial experience in implementing and enhancing ERP and financial systems including Adaptive Insights (Planning), Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP. 2008 graduate of Georgetown University McDonough School of Business Executive MBA program. Concentration in International Business/Finance. Actively licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1996. Certified Management Accountant/Certified Financial Manager since 1998.
