With over 25 years in rising high technology companies including Intuitive Surgical, Synaptics, Yahoo!, Intuit, Loudcloud, Silicon Graphics Inc (SGI), and Control Data I have developed a strong network of professionals to effectively leverage for recruiting. I love working in a motivated team that leverages innovative and creative methods to attract and hire people who will flourish in their career. With my experience across various disciplines in HR, my specialty is to bring creativity to the function I manage, and transparency to people and processes. I grew up in the Midwest in a small village of 170 people and I bring those mid west values to everything I do everyday. I so enjoy talking to and helping people be it a co-worker, friend or neighbor. We all looked out for one another in my community and I value that a great deal. I'm from a big family of 9 and we ran a local tavern serving the community with fantastic libations :) I am married and love life in California!
