Lesly Cardec is VP of Corporate PR, Social & Communications for Randstad US, the second largest staffing firm in the world. In this role, Lesly is responsible for the overall strategic direction and execution of Randstad’s social, public relations and thought leadership platform including research, surveys, white papers and innovative programming for the U.S. market. Cardec builds initiatives that bring Randstad’s important perspective to the marketplace and helps to create content and campaigns that empower organizations to better understand the workforce. Through research, Randstad has focused on a variety of issues ranging from engagement programs valued by employees to worker loyalty to views on broader macroeconomic trends. She has been recognized for various company-related honors for exceptional performance throughout her career, including two Corporate Achievement Awards, Outstanding Client Service Award, and recently selected to participate in Randstad’s management development program, Leaders in Motion. In 2011, Cardec was named a “Leading Lady” by the women’s career site, I Want Her Job. She also served as a social media panelist for an industry-specific recruiting site. A second generation Florida State University graduate, Cardec holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations. A native Floridian, she enjoys the sun, exercising, and spending time with her family.
