Rick Croswell is an experienced business leader specializing in marketing and operating consumer, financial services and FinTech businesses. His background includes broad management roles in the financial services industry. He directs Operations, On-Boarding, Customer Service, Professional Services, Payment Settlement and Inside Sales at InstaMed the leading Healthcare Payments Network. Rick is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Management Team at InstaMed. InstaMed a HealthCare Payments Company was acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2019 Prior to joining InstaMed, he held senior leadership positions in Product Development, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Risk and Service Quality Management. He was directly associated with the innovation, development and implementation of the industry’s first non-American Express ‘Platinum’ card.at MBNA America. Rick has extensive experience in Operations Management, having managed large Customer Service call centers, Billing Dispute departments, Customer Retention areas, and Telemarketing areas - including all activities related to call forecasting, workforce management, and Automated Voice Response Unit (VRU/IVR) development, call routing and product sales strategies.
