I am currently a senior (May '17) studying Public Relations at The University of Georgia. Aside from school, I enjoy being outside and spending time with family and friends. Growing up in the small town of Milledgeville, GA, I learned the value of relationships and being close with people. I believe my small-town upbringing has played a major role in my decision to be a professional in Public Relations. I have learned how to develop and foster relationships, while genuinely caring for the individual. When it comes to work, I am highly motivated, willing to bring new and innovative ideas to achieve the best possible outcome in the tasks at hand. I have experience as a Marketing Assistant, Public Relations Intern, Office Manager, Sales Associate and Anesthesia Technician. Being involved in several sports and clubs growing up has taught me how to balance competition and being a team player, both of which I believe are important characteristics in the working environment. As a recent college graduate, I would bring eagerness, enthusiasm and an open mind to your company. I am passionate about work because being a professional in Public Relations is something that truly makes me happy.
