What I Do: I help Call Centers operate efficiently.I’m a seasoned Customer Service and Technical Call Center Manager. I’m an expert in process improvement and increasing overall Call Center performance by streamlining recruitment efforts, maximizing staff retention, keeping training curriculums current, optimizing script content and improving metrics just to name a few.As a Principal at TimH Web Design I have created a successful sales & service organization which regularly increases market share and revenues consistently at a time when smaller firms are failing and larger firms are concentrating on quantity over quality. We provided a broad spectrum of technical services including custom design, graphic & logo design and website hosting while maintaining an award winning level of customer satisfaction using a simple rule: treat your customers fairly and deliver on your promises. I’ve worn many hats in my career – service representative, team leader, researcher, contact center manager, trainer and quality assurance lead. I've also been a Nurse,a Paramedic, a School District Transportation Supervisor, a volunteer advocate for people with disabilities and volunteer board member. I have served as General Manager for a 600 seat call center and Customer Service Manager for a 25 seat center. As a result of this varied experience I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and to successfully navigate complex challenges. But actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:I am a multi-linguist of technology driven business. I speak fluent geek and am a writer, editor, process designer, trainer and difficult client tamer. I understand at a gut level that mistakes and missteps cost money.I don’t care who gets the credit, if we fulfill our mission we all win.I have big ideas.
