As an In-House Recruiter, I cover the full end-to-end recruitment cycle. I currently work for a global organisation recruiting into the Mobile Satellite communications industry where I recruit across a variety of functions. I recruit Interim contract and permanent hirers up to Director Level specialising in recruiting the best possible talent, with the use of Headhunting methods, direct sourcing, referrals and assessment centres.My area of expertise include, but not limited to; Relationship/Supplier Management, ATS Integration, Assessment Centre coordination, Resource Planning, Supplier Negotiation, Candidate resourcing/attraction/Pre-selection/on- boarding, Account Management, Process Improvement.
