I am a skilled Food & Beverage professional with over twenty six years of experience in the food and beverage industry. My experience includes Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Research and Development. I have a passion for providing creative solutions to external and internal customers, and I enjoy building relationships with each department at all levels of vendors, customers, and my own employer. I have thorough knowledge of product development, finished product and ingredient specifications, regulatory agency audits, meat processing, seasoning, sauce, and beverage processing, as well as supply chain management. I have grace under pressure and the ability to communicate and work collaboratively as an integral part of a team. I thrive when facing customers directly, especially during product development, production tests, laboratory and plant tours, and customer training. I have supervised teams as small as six people and as large as 275 people. I am looking for a position with a company where I can make a difference by developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, and to use my creative problem solving skills to provide value to those internal and external customers.
