Inland Empire Health Plan is a healthcare organisation that provides Medi-Cal and Medicare health plans.

Throughout my career, my role has been to create space for talented people to rise to their greatness. I have been in positions where I could build, lead and deploy projects and initiatives that support leadership, a team culture and professional development at all levels. As Chief Organizational Development Officer at IEHP, I find that witnessing the amazing work the IEHP Team does every day is inspiring. The energy at IEHP is so positive and uplifting. My job is to break down any barriers that might get in the way of our Team Members’ being able to be the best they can be—so they can do the right thing for our Members, Providers and each other. I have the privilege of working with all Team Members in the organization to continue to understand their roles and be able to support them in the critical work they do. At IEHP, I walked into a culture that supports respect for one another. This is a huge reason why engagement at IEHP is in the 92nd percentile nationally and has turnover that is lower than others in our industry. We truly believe our Team Members are vital to our success and we always strive to treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve. “Do the right thing” has been our motto for the past 25 years and it plays out in everything we do. We are committed to the entire health of our community and want to ensure that every individual has the highest level of care possible for them to live a healthy, robust life filled with vitality. I reenergize myself by meditating, bicycling, reading, and, of course, hanging out with my husband and dogs!
