As head of HR for iconectiv, my current focus is to partner with our business leaders to: - Develop talent management strategies and forecast/plan new talent acquisition programs to hire and develop successors for critical roles - Build a culture of shared accountability for business and personal success, career development, retirement planning and healthcare management - reinforced via the Total Rewards design - Create and implement new HR tools, processes and systems that allow for efficient HR processing and analytics to meet business objectives As a CFP® Certificant, I serve as an instructor (since 1995) for Fairleigh Dickinson University and other learning organizations. Some of the course work I instruct includes "General Principles of Financial Planning ", "Insurance Planning & Risk Management ", " Employee Benefits Planning" and "Investment Planning ". I also carry the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation.
